  • To a pot, add water, coconut water, and chicken broth. Next, squeeze and leave the lemon in the pot!

    1. Add these seasonings: Obay, Garlic & Onion powder, Salt, Creole seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, All-purpose seasoning, Sazon, Chicken Adobo, and Bay leaves. Then, stir and cover on high heat until boiling.

  • To a separate pot, add sliced turkey sausage. Sear both sides.

  • To the first pot, add your corn, potatoes, turkey sausage, lobster, mussels, and eggs. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  • It's time to make the butter sauce. To the pot you seared your turkey sausage, add some of the broth from the first pot.

    1. Add butter and these seasonings: Shrimp & Crab boil seasoning, Obay, Garlic & Onion powder, Pepper, Salt, Creole seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, Hot sauce, All-purpose seasoning, Brown Sugar, Sazon, Chicken Adobo, Lemon Pepper, and Paprika.

    2. Add your onions, minced garlic, squeezed lemons & limes, and stir. Cook on medium heat until onions are at your desired tenderness.

  • Back to the first pot, add the shrimp and crab legs. Cook for an additional two to three minutes. Cover pot!

  • Drain the first pot. Crack your eggs, and add seafood content to the seafood boil bag. (You can find these bags at Walmart, Amazon, or use a turkey bag.)

    1. Now add the butter sauce to the seafood boil bag.

    2. Mix around the sauce in the bag.

    3. Uncover, add cilantro, and freshly squeezed lemon.

Enjoy!
